When do I get paid, and how?

By bank transfer, in dollars or your local currency. We agree the full price in writing before you ship. A deposit goes out when you confirm the order, and the balance clears once the batch passes the re-test we agreed on. No ninety-day waits, no withheld payments, no quiet price cuts after the honey arrives. The price we agree is the price you get.

What happens if a batch does not pass your re-test?

We test the sample first, then re-test the batch on arrival, before the deal closes and before the balance is due. So a bad batch never becomes honey you have already been paid for. You see the same lab report we do, with the real numbers. A small miss can mean a price we both adjust. A real miss means the batch does not go through, and with no balance due yet, there is nothing to claw back. We cover our own re-test, and if the labs disagree, an independent third one decides.

If it checks out, we move to a trial order of 500 to 1,000kg and credit the sample against your first invoice. One jar tells us almost everything before either of us puts real money down.
